Light Switch Digital is looking for talented and driven account managers to join our growing company!

Account Managers will manage talent and brand accounts from top to bottom. They are leading their accounts and outsourcing to other departments to help fulfill monthly requirements on a case by case basis. It is the AM’s job to be fully briefed on everything related to their clients and must be able to communicate strategies and roll-outs to the client and the client’s team, as well as efficiently utilize each department within Light Switch Digital and project-manage on a case by case basis.

Knowledge / Experience in the following is required:

  • Social Media (All basic platforms – Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest)
  • Digital Marketing (Digital Ads on FB and Instagram)
  • Marketing Strategies
  • Content Creation (photography/videography skills a huge plus)
  • Influencer Marketing
  • Photo Editing
  • Blog Management
  • Community Management on each platform
  • Sales (not necessary but ideal)

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Take lead on 4+ accounts
  • Community Management
  • Advise on strategy and content creation and implementation
  • Deliver bi-weekly data/analytical reports using our systems
  • Create monthly editorial calendars
  • Work closely with talent reps (managers, publicist, agents)
  • Work closely with the creative team to create custom content and develop new innovative design and branding concepts for various clients in the creative, music, tech and entertainment spaces
  • Create mood boards and budgets for photo/video shoots with clients
  • Work closely with strategy department to put together full roll out plans for clients monthly or on a case by case basis
  • Work closely with business development team to target big picture/long-term projects
  • Work closely with partnerships team to secure brand deals (talent side) or seeding projects (brand side)
  • In person coverage with clients at events, photoshoots, etc.

Ideal candidate:

  • Strong portfolio of diverse work
  • Proficient in all social media platforms
  • Knowledge of video and photo editing, GIF/Boomerang/Timelapse creation
  • Excellent people and/or sales skills
  • A determination to achieve and succeed
  • Great time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to meet deadlines in a high pressure environment
  • Positive attitude and openness to constructive feedback and changes
  • A quick learner, who is able to multi-task by working on various projects at once, and prioritize work without missing critical deadlines
  • Self-starter/go-getter attitude
  • Experience working with celebrities and/or brands

  • Work with label to integrate creative ideas for digital marketing; IE: Spotify pre-saves, contesting, ticket give aways, etc.
  • Boosting of posts/dark post creating
  • Geo-target postings of flyers for upcoming shows – linking with promoters on getting post boosted
  • Create monthly editorial calendars
  • Work closely with talent reps (managers, publicist, agents, label)
  • Work closely with the creative team to create custom content and develop new innovative design and branding concepts for various clients in the creative, music, tech and entertainment spaces

A junior designer will be hungry to develop their existing skills by working directly with our creative director on a range of projects. Responsible for helping to drive creative campaigns, an understanding of typography, layout, animation and art direction will be needed to help the team produce the best work possible.

  • Developing new innovative design and branding concepts for various clients in the creative, music, tech and entertainment spaces
  • Shadowing Creative Director on lifestyle / brand shoots to help develop personal photography / videography skills (having your own camera gear is a plus)

Ideal candidate:

  • Strong portfolio of diverse work
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Excellent design skills including layout with strong typography and conceptual skills (be able to quickly sketch out designs, concepts etc.)
  • A determination to achieve and succeed
  • Great time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to meet deadlines in a high pressure environment
  • Positive attitude and openness to constructive feedback and changes
  • A quick learner, who is able to multi-task by working on various projects at once, and prioritize work without missing critical deadlines
